Responsible for cooking, baking and planning large meals from set recipes. Many times the meals are specifically prepared due to the nature of the patients' illness. Cleans the food equipment and area. Supports the transport of food and supplies.

Previous large-quantity cooking experience. Knowledge of cooking practices and machinery used in large-batch environments is essential.
