Serves as administrative partner with physician leadership to identify practice and business goals and ways to achieve those goals. Provides leadership and management oversight of day-to-day operations of the assigned work unit including system/processes, human relations, patient complaint management and practice improvement opportunities. Supports recruitment and retention of outstanding physicians and allied health staff.
