ADMINISTRATOR
Daily Tasks
Serves as administrative partner with physician leadership to identify practice and business goals and ways to achieve those goals. Provides leadership and management oversight of day-to-day operations of the assigned work unit including system/processes, human relations, patient complaint management and practice improvement opportunities. Supports recruitment and retention of outstanding physicians and allied health staff.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, human relation skills, ability to interact with a wide scope of people and cultures, self-motivated, analytical skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work through multiple tasks at one time, good with numbers, management skills.

Office setting.
Work Hours
Most positions are salaried. Hours vary depending on workload, meeting schedule and assignment.
Education
Bachelor's degree along with a master's degree in business administration, health-care administration or related field is typically required.
Qualifications
Demonstrated strength in the previously mentioned skills/talents (previous experience). Masters degree preferred.
