The Mayo Foundation, in partnership with the Learning for Life Program, BSA, provides a program for high school sophomores - seniors, who are interested in health-related careers. Several groups cover various health careers, such as physician, allied health careers (therapists, radiolography, respiratory, etc.), nursing and research. Each program provides a learning experience revolving around the following goals: career exploration, life skill development, service learning experiences, character education and leadership opportunities.

Exploring is a work-site-based program that gives youth an opportunity to visit community organizations and explore dynamics of various careers.
Young men and women who are 14 (and have completed the eighth grade) through 20 years old
Career promotion, skill development, leadership enhancement and linkages with classroom learning
