To refer a patient, contact the Division of Cardiovascular Surgery at 866-827-8810 (toll-free) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.

Division of Cardiovascular Surgery staff and surgeons are happy to discuss possible referrals with doctors outside of Mayo Clinic.

After business hours, contact the Referring Physician Office at 800-533-1564 (toll-free).

For emergency referrals or transfers after business hours, doctors or their staff may contact the Mayo Clinic Admissions Coordinator Office at 507-255-2910.
