Mayo Clinic cardiologists are happy to discuss possible referrals with doctors and their staffs. The Cardiovascular Department Appointment Office is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

After business hours, contact the Referring Physician Office at 800-533-1564.

For emergency referrals, hospital to hospital, by an M.D., call the Emergency Department referral nurse at 507-255-2910.

Cardiovascular Outreach Program

The Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular Outreach Program works closely with community physicians in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin to provide quality care for patients with cardiovascular problems.
