Cardiovascular wellness retreats help participants understand their current heart health and how they can reduce their risk of heart disease. Mayo Clinic's Risk Modification and Cardiovascular Wellness Retreats are customized for each participant's lifestyle and health status. The retreats offer many services and options to participants that can be tailored to each person's needs.

Participants in the program receive care from a world-renowned team of cardiologists and other specialists at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Cardiologists work with a cardiovascular wellness team that includes:

  • Exercise physiologists
  • Nurse practitioners
  • Registered dietitians
  • Registered nurses
