The Division of Cardiovascular Diseases is committed to providing quality care to patients with disorders of the heart, arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels in a highly integrated and cooperative group practice. Our patient care is supported by many laboratories, sub-subspecialty clinics and preventive health programs as well as by active basic and clinical research programs and by continuing education programs.
The field of cardiology and vascular medicine is dynamic -- new diagnostic techniques, drugs and interventions are continuously being introduced. Division members are organized into a variety of subspecialty groups, each of which focus on a particular segment of cardiology or vascular medicine. Their specific expertise is a resource for everyone, enabling the entire division to stay at the leading edge of change in cardiology and vascular medicine.
The physicians in Cardiovascular Diseases welcome patient referral for consultation and/or treatment. In addition to providing a full array of services necessary for evaluation, these physicians work closely with a variety of other groups to provide care for patients.
