The Mayo Clinic Cancer Center and Cancer Education Program produce several print and online resources to provide educational information for patients with cancer, their families, caregivers and friends.

The electronic Living with Cancer blog is an online forum for people touched by cancer to share hope and strength. From this link you can subscribe to the Living with Cancer e-Newsletter that is sent every two weeks, or search for more information regarding cancer on the Mayo Clinic website.

In addition to the Living with Cancer resources, you can access patient stories at either Sharing Mayo Clinic or Cancer Patient Stories.

Two print magazines are available by request:

• Discovery's Edge — published twice a year, focusing on Mayo Clinic research and how investigators are advancing health care. Subscribe online at newsbureau@mayo.edu with "Discovery's Edge print edition" in the subject line or call 507-284-5005.
• Forefront — the Cancer Center's annual magazine featuring research and the effort to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat cancer. You can request a complimentary subscription by sending an email to cancerresearch@mayo.edu.

The Cancer Education Program published the patient newsletter Together from 2001 through 2010, for Mayo Clinic patients and support persons affected by a cancer diagnosis.
