Diagnosis, treatment and nerve reconstruction for infants with obstetrical brachial plexus palsy (OBPP) are offered in a multispecialty OBPP Clinic at Nemours Children's Clinic in Jacksonville. Surgical procedures provided for infants with OBPP include acute brachial plexus repair and reconstructive procedures such as tendon transfers to restore elbow and shoulder motion.
