Chief Fellow - The Practice Chief Fellow works with the Critical Care Fellows and the multidisciplinary critical care teams to coordinate Quality Improvement (QI) education and research processes aimed at improving quality of patient care. The Practice Chief fellow will act as a resource and oversee QI projects and Certifications (Bronze, Silver and, when appropriate, Gold) for all CC-IM Fellows.
