Research interests: Prediction of breast cancer metastasis in nonsentinel nodes of patients with a positive sentinel node, use of new localization techniques for nonpalpable breast lesions- radioactive seed or intraoperative ultrasound, potential use of DNA microarray technology to predict distant metastasis in breast cancer patients
