Biology of lung dendritic cells and effect of cigarette smoke on dendritic cell presentation of tumor and exogenous antigens in the lung. Cigarette smoking related interstitial lung disease. Recognition and initiation of inflammatory cytokine release by macrophages in response to the beta-glucan component of the Pneumocystis carinii cell wall.
