Making an Appointment at Mayo Clinic in Arizona

Anyone can request an appointment at Mayo Clinic. If a physician referral is required, our appointment staff will advise you. Some insurers require referrals, or may have additional requirements for certain medical care. All appointments are prioritized on the basis of medical need.

The clinic is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

All requests are subject to appointment availability within each department as well as the nature and urgency of the medical problem.
