Patient and Health Education Library

The Patient and Health Education Library is a resource for patients and families. Among its resources are medical textbooks, consumer health books, brochures, journals, health letters and models. Computers to access websites also are available as well as personal assistance from a medical librarian.

Patient lounge

The patient lounge, located on the concourse level, offers food and beverage vending machines, microwaves, a television, tables and chairs, telephones (including TDD), and a reclining chair area to rest between appointments.

Patient cafeteria

The patient cafeteria, located on the first floor, is open from 6:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Mayo Clinic Gift Shop

The gift shop, located on the concourse level, is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and features Southwestern gifts, jewelry, and decorative items; cards, stationery, magazines, books and newspapers; and Mayo Clinic logo items.

Humanities in Medicine

Humanities in Medicine sponsors programs in the arts, history and music for Mayo Clinic staff and patients.
