The Mayo Clinic Store offers a wide variety of medical products to meet the needs of Mayo patients, employees and visitors. The Mayo Clinic Store also will ship any product available in the store and also can help locate and ship items that a customer needs but that are not sold in the store or available locally. All major credit cards are accepted.

Mayo Pharmacies

7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

For the convenience of our patients, we offer outpatient pharmacies in the Mayo and Baldwin buildings, at the Northwest and Northeast clinics, and in the lobbies of both Saint Marys and Rochester Methodist hospitals. Prescriptions from Mayo Clinic physicians can be filled at any of these pharmacies.

Prescriptions also can be refilled and shipped anywhere in the world. The service is particularly useful if the medication is not available through a local pharmacy or is not available commercially and must be compounded.

Mayo Clinic Specialty Pharmacy helps patients with serious chronic diseases (such as multiple sclerosis and hemophilia) manage their medications.

Shops at Gonda

The Shops at Gonda are located in subway of the Gonda Building, near the Information Desk. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Mayo Clinic Gift Shop: the exclusive retailer for all Mayo Clinic logo items (e.g. sweatshirts, bags, coffee mugs).

Newsstand: The newsstand offers such items as newspapers, magazines, books, candy, snacks, greeting cards and souvenir gifts.

Gourmet Bean: A coffee shop offering a variety of beverages and bakery items: coffees, iced coffee, juice, hot tea, cocoa, bagels, muffins, scones, Danish pastries, cookies and biscotti.

Mayo Optical

8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday

Mayo Optical offers specialty lenses, safety lenses, sports eyewear, frames for all ages and sunglasses in a wide range of prices. Both prescription and non-prescription sunglasses are available as well as various eye care products. Mayo Optical is located in the Mayo Building, seventh floor. All major credit cards are accepted.

Erickson Hair and Skin Care

Erickson Hair and Skin Care offers help to Mayo Clinic patients who are experiencing the cosmetic side effects of medical treatments. They provide a variety of head coverings, and assistance with skin care and cosmetics.
