Escorts from Mayo Clinic's General Service staff are available to help patients with visual impairment, and patients who use wheelchairs or who have difficulty in walking. Larger-sized wheelchairs are also available. Employees in any patient care area or at the Information Desks can arrange this for you. There is no charge for this service.

Patient Shuttle

A free patient van shuttle services runs continuously between the Gonda Building and Saint Marys Hospital between 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday on days the clinic is open.

The van arrives and departs from the west door of the Gonda Building and the main entrance of Saint Marys Hospital. The van is handicapped accessible and is equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Parking

Patient parking is available in the Damon Parking Ramp, Third Avenue and First Street SW; the Graham Ramp, Third Avenue and First Street NW; and in the Baldwin Parking Ramp, Fourth Avenue SW, one block south of Second Street SW (see maps).
