Concierge Services

Mayo Clinic offers free concierge services to all patients. Concierge Services can advise you on lodging and transportation options and local attractions and businesses and provide public notary services.

Concierge Services staff are located in the Mayo Building, lobby level, inside the International Center. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed.

Patient Travel Services

Mayo Clinic also offers fee-based personal travel services to assist patients and families. Services include:

• Flight reservations
• Changes to existing travel itineraries
• Hotel reservations
• Ground transportation, including shuttles, limousine service and car rental reservations

Patient Travel Services staff are in the Kahler Grand Hotel, mezzanine level. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed.
