Patient Areas

Information Desk

Green-jacketed volunteers at information desk in the lobbies of the Cannaday, Davis and Mayo buildings can provide directions and answer questions.

Lost and Found

The Security Office maintains a lost and found service. The staff at any desk can call Security for you to check on lost items.

Office of Patient Affairs

Patient service representatives are available in the main lobby of the Davis Building to help make your time at Mayo go smoothly. If you have questions, please talk with them.

Cash Machine

There is an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in the main lobby of the Davis Building, across from the information desk.

Food/Dining: Bundy Café & Atrium

Located on the main floor of the Davis Building, the Bundy Café & Atrium offers a relaxing dining experience with its walls of windows and high ceilings. The café's outdoor patio overlooks luscious landscaping and fountains. The café is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday. Breakfast is available from 7 to 11:45 a.m.; lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and dinner from 2 p.m. to close.

Outdoor Plaza

A multilevel landscaped plaza provides a pleasant spot for patients and visitors. It includes seating areas, gardens, ponds, walking paths and fountains.

Louchery Island, a quiet spot perfect for meditation, is home to "The Nature of Things." This stone sculpture represents the full spectrum of life and is designed to be soothing yet stimulate the senses.

Security

Uniformed security guards are on duty 24 hours a day, supplemented by closed-circuit television monitoring of some areas.

Telephones

Pay telephones are located in the lobby on each floor of the Cannaday, Davis and Mayo buildings, near the patient restrooms.

Free Wireless Internet Access

Mayo Clinic offers patients and guests of Mayo Clinic free, high-speed, wireless Internet access on the clinic campus. The wireless network, called Mayoguest, is available in all floors of the Cannaday, Davis and Mayo buildings and in Stabile North and South. Fact sheets explaining how to log on to the service are available at information desks.
