Mayo Clinic Cancer Education Room

Cancer Resource Room

If you're looking for information about cancer, come to the William and Nancy Juhn Cancer Education Room on the eighth floor of the Davis Building at Mayo Clinic. We've teamed up with the American Cancer Society to offer a range of resources and information about the disease. Designed with comfort in mind, this quiet room provides a spot where users can surf Mayo Clinic's online information pages and register with the American Cancer society to receive free services — from literature to support groups.

You can also find:

  • A wig display
  • Information about receiving wigs and prosthesis from local American Cancer
  • Society "Gift Closets" and vendors
  • Books (to read in the Cancer Education Room)
  • Pamphlets and brochures (to take home)
  • A phone (local calls only), fax and printer

A volunteer is available to help with the computer and answer questions. The Juhn Cancer Education Room is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
