To submit a case for consultative opinion:
If you would like to submit a case for the opinion of one of our consultants you may direct the case to a particular consultant, to the subspecialty working group or as a non-directed consultation.

The materials submitted (cover letter, blocks and/or slides) must include a pathology report, and must be addressed to:

ATTENTION: PATHOLOGY

After review of the case, the Pathologist will call you to discuss the diagnosis. Following completion of our review, a final report and summary letter will be faxed to your previously designated secure fax machine, and your submitted materials will be returned to you.
