Treatments described in these pages are available at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester. Hematologists at Mayo have more than 40 years of experience in treating amyloidosis. Each year, an estimated 200 new patients who have amyloidosis are evaluated in Rochester.
Treatment is usually directed by a specialist from Hematology. Other specialists, such as from Bone Marrow Transplant, are included as needed.
