Referring a Patient

To make an appointment for patients with asthma, allergic or nonallergic rhinosinusitis, chronic pruritus, urticaria, angioedema, or suspect primary immunodeficiencies, please call our Appointment Office at (507) 284-9989. The office is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made only by telephone or by mail.
