Administrative Fellowship Program

The Mayo Clinic Fellowship Program (AFP) is a postgraduate fellowship that fosters the development of outstanding individuals committed to careers in health care administration. For over 25 years, Mayo Clinic's AFP has provided participants with practical experience through a broad variety of administrative rotations.

We are focused on supporting our current administrative fellows, and in alignment with these efforts, we have suspended fellowship recruitment for 2009 and paused hiring of new fellows for 2010. Mayo is committed to the Administrative Fellowship Program and will continue to evaluate and assess Mayo's leadership and administrative staffing needs and strategies and will provide an update in spring 2010 regarding future AFP recruitment/hiring.
