Symptoms

Symptoms of adnexal tumors vary for each patient but may include:

• Abdominal pressure, bloating or discomfort
• Nausea, indigestion, gas or stomach pain
• Changes in bowel function or urinary frequency
• Abnormal vaginal bleeding
• Unexplained fatigue
• Unexplained weight gain or loss
• Shortness of breath
• Back or leg pain
