Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education
| The oldest of Mayo's five schools has trained more than 17,000 alumni in virtually all medical specialties
since 1915. |

Mayo Graduate School
| In operation since 1917, Mayo Graduate School
focuses on six biomedical subspecialties. With an annual average predoctoral
enrollment of 300 students, the school graduates approximately 50 Master's
and Ph.D. students per year. The school also serves the educational needs
of visiting predoctoral students and Summer Undergraduate Research students. |

Education formally became a school in 1996. It offers approximately 257
courses and 7,000 hours of continuing medical education each year. |

Conflict of Interest
Mayo Clinic and its staff often collaborate with industry to improve patient care through research agreements, invention licenses, consulting activities, etc. Mayo Clinic's Conflict of Interest Review Board oversees all such activities. Mayo Clinic and its staff members do not receive any royalties for inventions or technology developed at Mayo and subsequently prescribed for Mayo Clinic patients.
